The Need for a New Approach

As Novakid expanded into new markets, it became clear that marketing materials had to do more than translate—they needed to resonate. Users were increasingly making decisions directly on landing pages. The Novakid team wanted greater control over user journeys and a system that would allow for flexible, rapid updates.

Why Webflow?

After evaluating the needs and challenges, we chose Webflow as the foundation for building landing pages. This platform allowed for fast iteration, direct editing without developers, and quick adaptation to insights from A/B tests and campaign data.

Design

UX and UI Design Work

We began by auditing the existing pages to identify friction points and gaps in communication. Our focus was to:
– simplify content structure,
– clarify messaging hierarchy,
– strengthen social proof (e.g., parent testimonials),
– create a unified, friendly design that speaks to parents.

We designed multiple layouts tailored to different traffic sources—whether it came from Google Ads, Facebook campaigns, or influencer activities.

CRO

Conversion Rate Optimization

Alongside design, we established a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) workflow. Each page was tested based on:
– form length and structure,
– section order and visibility,
– messaging clarity and perceived value,
– call-to-action placement and impact.

Team

Cross-Team Collaboration

We closely collaborated with the paid media, SEO, and influencer marketing teams to ensure the landing pages matched the intent and context of each campaign. Thanks to this alignment, we could tailor pages to specific markets and sources of traffic.

Tools like Asana, our custom This Month budget tracker, and detailed checklists for every platform helped manage production across multiple languages and market versions.

Scaling Across Markets

Launching tailored pages for countries like Spain, Germany, and France—and later Brazil, South Korea, and Japan—required more than translation. It involved cultural adaptation, visual tone adjustments, and local messaging strategies. Webflow enabled us to manage this complexity efficiently and independently of engineering resources.
