Challenges
The previous version of the platform did not meet the standards of modern education – it had an outdated interface and poor mobile accessibility. The lack of an intuitive CMS made content management difficult. Technical limitations hindered the easy publication of podcasts and learning materials, and there was no integration with the client’s CRM. The site’s structure was unclear, navigation was confusing, and users had no access to premium content or personalized learning features.
